1. Unopened Tea Packages:
- Tea that is returned in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
2. Opened Tea Packages:
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened tea packages. However, if there is a defect in the product or you received the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If your tea arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (678) 878-1388 with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
5. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Gift Returns:
